Method of Preparation
Since, carom seeds are rich with essential oil, infused teas are most ideal to retain the active principles.
Add 2 g or half a teaspoon of tea in a cup and pour boiled water in it. Cover it with a lid for 3 minutes. Remove the lid and filter the content of the cup into another cup. Your tea is ready to sip in.
You can add a few drops of lime juice which is optional.
For general health : Consume morning and evening
For indigestion : Consume 30 minutes after the meal
Note : It is a salt-based tea. We ensured we use rock salt as the base salt so that people with high BP can also avail the benefits of this tea. Also, people who want to avoid sweeteners can go for this option.
